ਗੁੱਸਾ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਟਰਿੱਗਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਆਟੋਮੈਟਿਕ ਜਵਾਬ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਸੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਟਰਿੱਗਰ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਮਾਗੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਅੱਜ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੋਡਕਾਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ Anger, as most of us believe is an automatic response to triggers. I belive it is not true and we can mindfully control the response to any trigger if we put some effort into our awareness. today we will discuss this in our podcast.
