The amazing thing about Mr. Jimmy is that he is able to replicate what should be impossible : The sound of an older, world weary and tortured Jimmy Page battling his demons on stage via the guitar. It was always tragically beautiful. This is as close as you can come. Well done!

I return to this video every so often and am always blown away at the recreation of Led Zeppelin's 1977 tour. I saw them in Louisville KY on April 25 on that tour, and took several rolls of photos, B&W and color, so I remember the lights, the staging, etc., and this is amazing. Just an exceptional recreation of the experience of it all. And of course, 'Jimmy' Sakurai's incredible performance as Jimmy Page. Bravo, Mr Jimmy!

Hands down Jimmy can play. I’m also very impressed by his stage presence, and movements, I think they come natural to Jimmy. I seen Zeppelin 4 times, and Page had very original movements onstage, no one else moved like him. He did not move like most guitar players move. Page moved very different with each song he played. The Rain Song, Page was entranced while he played that song, he was slow and careful, other songs Page would dance, or jump, or slouch way down almost touching his guitar to the ground. It all depended on the song. Jimmy Sakurai does the same movements, but as I seen with Page, Jimmy automatically goes into different modes with different songs he plays as well. It’s all the perfect package.

One of the most difficult Zeppelin songs to play on the drums, at least for me it is, and Frankie-San makes it look easy! April 20th 1977 in Cincinnati, OH ( Riverfront Coliseum ) at the young age of 15 .. I was able to see this performed LIVE ! Kashmir always gets me but this song Achilles Last Stand is always right at the top probably because of the foundational power of those drums. Just an amazing song which is being played and portrayed here as close as possible to the original artist. It's now late 2020 and near to 44 years after that incredible show and I'm still a fan. Bravo' Jimmy Sakurai and team. Well done ! ... R.I.P. Frankie Banali ( you nailed it !! ) Woo !

This is their greatest song. Which is painful to say, since the contenders are mammoth. I like how Banali's look and presence capture Bonzo so well. We are so very lucky to have the band as they were above in this video. A "Plant" who sounds very similar to Plant, but also has his own timbre. There are fine Plant singers in cover bands. But to rise above fine, as a "Plant", you've got to bring the intrigue. That sort of strangeness. This guy has that. Would be great if he wore a proper shirt.

This is rather transformational performances. Taking the original, note for note, and owning it such that it is better than most of the originals? Jimmy is living right livelihood. I was there in the mid seventies, saw them, and the sound was shit. That is how we get the original intention performed live by guys who want to exceed their muses. And in this show, they do.
