Get your light right. Get morning and evening sunlight in the eyes. Wear blue light blockers 2 hours before bed. Circadian disruption and leptin resistance are huge hormone drivers.

Thanks, Dr. Taz. Regarding supplements helping to build and balance hormones, you mentioned more protein. Eight days ago, you had a video short about high protein smoothies. In that video, you use Truvani's protein powder (Vanilla). I was thinking of ordering it and using it for my smoothies to get in more protein. Are Truvani products fibroid-friendly? and Thyroid/insulin resistance-friendly? Thanks

this particular product is plant-based from pea protein. It should be generally suitable for individuals with fibroids, thyroid concerns, and insulin resistance. However, individual responses can vary.
