Appreciate the variety! You're making it difficult to even look at any other Channels as I like to switch things up often.. Also, the sounds when a set is done and the visual for the next workout is flawlessly done as so many people on KZbin especially can't seem to master the simplicity of it.

That and they think blasting bland gym music is a good idea. It's youtube, we're working out in front of a screen. If I want music, I can just put on whatever I feel like.

That was a killer workout. You are the best trainer on KZbin, I never want to quit when doing your workouts. Whilst all your workouts are killers, they are very enjoyable. And I feel so pumped after!

So my dearest friends. DJ did prepared a very nice surprise for us all after the timer will stop. I was swearing so much after this workout 😂😂😂. Don't cheat by skipping vid and go through it all 😜. Hands on fire and shaking. still feel them day after. Great workout 💪🏼 like always. Hit that bell guy's. You won't regret a single workout
