Thanks for a great workout with awesome coaching throughout. I burned 212 calories as a 5'6" and 135 pound male according to my Suunto Peak 9.

Seriously, I’m very thankful for your videos. I’m a big guy who can’t really do high impact stuff too much because of my joints (from carrying around this weight lol) so I’m very thankful for you adding in the low impact options. Aside from that, these workouts are quick, high tempo, and honestly just perfect. I really do appreciate all you do on this channel!!
