Wow what a great workout...it showed me flames indeed🔥🔥🔥. That combo of RDLs,Depth Squats and Reverse Lunges was a killer...I couldnt walk for a couple of days I was still feeling the burn kikiki. Thanks for a great workout as always DJ 👏👏👏

loved this workout! it would be cool to have a 60 minutes(or more) + full body strength workout (with repeats) i usually do the 60 minutes one with no repets on sundays(i really like long sessions), but i love workouts with repeats more. thank you for your amazing work :)

I've been doing your resistance band workouts, love how you show us how to do them before we start the exercise and how u encourage us to keep going. I've lost 27lbs between doing your exercises and eating better.

now i always practice with your video , thanks man and i find that 30 minutes is the best time for me , and if possible try to have variation and repeat i think maximum 2 set , if 3 sets alot of time i cant do it
