Can I use all-purpose flour?

Hi , yes you can . But you would have to use baking powder too if you used the all purpose flour or else the fritters are not going to rise at all.. That’s why I like using the self rising flour because it already has everything in it , except salt . Mine doesn’t have salt but some others come with salt in it so it’s just for one to read the ingredients on the back of the flour package . Thank you for watching , God bless you
