2nd dose of Amio is 150mg over 10 min

Amiodarone during Cardiac arrest is IV push. First dose: 300 mg IV push. Second dose: 150 mg IV push. Amiodarone 150mg over 10 minutes is when the patient has Tachycardia with a pulse like a Stable VT with a pulse.
