8:00 I was a BLS instructor as an EMT and was experienced in CPR so I often was the CPR coach and I do agree that a senior EMT or one with extra training could be an effective CPR coach. Now I am a newly graduated paramedic and will remember to utilize my EMTs thanks to this.

You did not talk about also using a thumper or a CPR device. I'm assuming you would basically be the same thing.
