It’s likely to do with having the server connections etc. And it will also be possible to play Complete without a Nintendo account. Seems weird though ☹️

There might be a chance that we will be able to still get these items by linking our pocket camp complete dater to our Nintendo account. We'll have to wait and see what happens when the game comes out on December 3rd

@@pokemonfangirl Complete is offline. Other than transferring devices with a temporary service, there won’t be any connection to a Nintendo account or Nintendo server. Which is why they’re promoting this now

They’re going to be removed from initial distribution. If you get them now, you’ll keep them 🙂

Whew, luckily I already obtained the Pocket Camp items. My niece has started playing ACNH but doesn’t have Pocket Camp, so I’m glad I’ll be able to buy and gift these items from my Nook Shopping catalog. 😊

Odd choice to just outright remove them from the game- it should really be a one and done thing. 'You link the save you keep the items in your nook app'

Well, after three hours in chat boxes with Pocket Camp and Nintendo Support, no go. No one knows how to get the Pocket Camp items to show back up to purchase. I can't believe that they were there the second time I restarted, but not the third. 😪🤦‍♀

I don’t know for sure, but check things like: - Same Nintendo account is linked to ACPC & ACNH eShop. - Check Nintendo Switch is set to ‘main’ switch on your Nintendo account (apparently this is a thing although haven’t tried myself), - Try re-entering your eShop code if you still have it, - Check eShop and past purchases/downloads and see if you can re-download. I don’t think you can get them again, but some people insist you can. Good luck

Made a whole OK motors build on a second house on my island and I'm glad I hoarded up on the little customized camper minis for display and gifting visitors to the 'shop'. Rip pocket camp, you're what got me into Animal Crossing. Your cookie cart will forever be infront of my nook's cranny 🩵

funny thing i heard about this on a different channel and when i did i freaked out and try to download the dlc but then it turned out i already had the dlc and it was just uninstalled and because of this im playing animal crossing again after 2 year

I got them the first day they were available. It took me 3 days to get all of them due to only being able to order 5 at a time. I hadn’t even played ACNH before then. I have already dressed my character in the cap and jacket and put the phone case on my Nook Phone lol

I recently bought an animal crossing switch lite to do multiplayer with my other switch (mainly to get all fruit) i still need to trash my old island on my old switch and rebuild it with the opposite hemisphere to my new file... Anyway i assigned both my main and alt account to the lite (both profile own the game, i added the old profile for my other games)... However because of this (after making a new pocket camp save because i forgot i already had one on my old profile) the game wouldn't let me register the code because my old account already owns the "dlc" So I'm not sure if thats worth taking note when registering the dlc to other switch accounts with other profiles logged into the same device.

I understood it as, if you already linked your account and redeem the code for the items, it’s permanently added to your personal Nook Shopping Catalog. Maybe I’m wrong 🤔 If that’s the case I’ll have to buy a whole bunch of each before the deadline 😳
