..hi Simon - I just found your channel:) I am keen to learn how to synchronise singing with playing.. Do you have any vocal warm up exercises - how to improve singing whilst playing tips..?!?

Welcome to the channel TJ! :) Regarding exercises for singing and playing, I don't have a specific video on that topic, however, I would suggest you start by only strumming each chord once, exactly where the changes are as you sing the lyric. Get the scaffolding into place so to speak. You could then build on this by strumming quarter notes (one strum per beat) while singing the lyric, before adding the strumming pattern etc. The key is to break it down into small manageable pieces. I hope this helps :)
