Carl you can't change what already happen just change on moving forward. The Brady Effect is real so it looks pretty good for the Raiders to scheme Ben Johnson. I don't think he will be any better than Josh McDaniel's has a HC but the pieces will have to be better. Using the triangle formula Brady-Johnson -Spytek or what ever three will be important. The QB position will dictate on who the HC is and GM. If Johnson Raiders will have to trade for Hooker. If Pete Carol is HC we have to sign Sam Darnold. Forget the past its over and done we are in the Brady Effect the New Al Davis movement.
