Incredibly real. Focusing on the "kingdom to come" to the point of not being within the world is a detriment. It lets you forget what's real, and gives you justification to ignore or rebuke the real fate, and maybe no longer would you care what you do and thus place your bloodline and incarnations into a lower place or vibration than they should have been.

Arith, I believe your spirit may be having more out of body experiences than your aware. After a summer of working outside and not tuning in, as fall's chill air descends and i am compelled to nestle in bed with a fire and crafting and tune in once again to one of the brightest, cute, humble podcasters i am aware of. Your description of bodies as more or less dense makes a lot of sense to me, especially given Einstein’s relativity which basically says that physical matter is really just highly concentrated energy. As you say, the more concentrated the energy is, the more physically perceptible it is but that doesn’t at all mean that the less dense/physically perceptible energies are somehow less real.

I surrendered to nature and wildlife in the garden, having many conversations with the snakes, frogs, hummingbirds, etc. So much of the season was unreal for some definition of what is real. What I do know is that the garden was more productive that it's ever been, so I don't care how real it was.

Been struggling with some major negatives in my practice for about 10 months, got to say I’ve learned more useful stuff from you than anyone else. Helped to stop trying to copy others and put my own twists on things instead. I don’t know how but a few weeks ago I was in the bath and curiously noticed a random fly buzzing around in the bathroom, somehow I channeled all of my negativity and “demons” into that fly, jumped up to open the window and it immediately flew out then I shut the window again. And maybe it’s crazy but I’ve felt great since that day and haven’t had a single bad experience in my house or with my practice.

Great video on a rather difficult topic. You make your explainations so clear and easy to follow, even though I'm not sure that I understood everything...but I want to try now! It reminded me a bit of the "Borrowing" from Pratchett's books, even though that is entering an animal's body and sharing its experiences and life for a while, so not really the same (but that, too, comes with a caveat). On another tone...have you heard about the Oxford University Press? They have been making a "very short introduction" series, and I've recently bought their book about magic, by a historian called Owrn Davies. It's really tiny, a true "pocket book", but it's packed full with historical, anthropological and social data. If you haven't read it, I vividly suggest it; and if you have, would you like to do a video about it? Tack så mycket!!

This was one of the most well thought out presentations of a real thought exercise about what it means to "be". You put it eloquently and beautifully as always. I have had recent ponderings of consciousness and what that means in terms of perception, the existence of Other Persons, and even the make up of gods and deities and the will that they can work on things. The idea of having multiple forms that can access more of less reality is an interesting concept, and I find the idea at least plausible. As always, you present the information in such as way that it is easy to understand and reflect upon. You have mentioned before that you have felt like you are flowing out to areas not as tethered to this one. As you say, what happens, happens. However, please keep in mind that you are a bit of a shepherd (not in a biblical or religious sense, of course) to many of us. It is through your experiences and how you share them with us that we all learn so very much. Thank you for that.

hi kiddo ! beautiful opening and I just love the white wand series that you do as it comes from your heart . I too am finding it more difficult each day to live in this state of being , Every morning i spend 45 minutes in what some may call meditation but I call ritual where I have the pleasure of diving deep inside myself to use my other bodies to shape shift and enjoy the freedom of another reality , that is just as real as this one . I have never discussed this with anyone before as i did not think that anyone else would understand it , but I know now that you would .. This is a very beautiful world but it is being destroyed so fast by the greed of mankind that i no longer fit in with it .... National geographic has stated that the seas will be empty of fish by 2048 that is mind blowing , and we are losing species faster that at any other time in history. I watch the sea from my home and have noticed the decline in sea birds as their food sorce runs out ..where you are standing in this video looks very beautiful so enjoy the beauty that we have while we still have it , we are lucky to have our escape route my dear friend take care !

My working understanding at the moment (although even I think it is an incomplete understanding, waiting for more to unfold) is that we each have at least 7 bodies, each generated from each of the 7 chakras. These are operating in realms also represented by the elements of the chakras; and these can of course fuse and work together, which is what happens within the Earth realm. (I don't use the term spirit usually, at least not as a technical term.)

For me I feel like most of it anchors around my physical body / the head and eyes I look out through. Though there are other aspects than physical : the mental, the essence fabric of consciousness on which the seen world is drawn, the spirit, the heart and so on. Interestingly about inner realities, in my own being I now know I am "more than" one person, at least in one way. One aspect is there is the lower half of body and upper head half of body, both which have been two different sources of minds. It seems I have at least one "assistant", "other person" inner part of myself. It does not talk much but seems very much a person of its own. And I found it to be nice and sweet. It seems it also does some involuntary gestures sometimes to make me aware of things, and sometimes does things like making the bed (me myself less consciously).

i had a thought, at the beginning of this . . don't know why. How many people have had an experience, like a vision and been with another person and they heard saw and felt the exact same thing . I'm referring to something VERY unusual that you wouldn't tell anyone likely - but the other person also saw it. I've had this experience only a few times and only with (oops edit - ) 6 people, actually. Funny thing is, when this stuff happened i wasn't trying to do anything special; and i was in the city i live in, while living that 3 job to pay the bills life . . . but yet - the events happened. Last night I had a dream Bruce Lee came out of a movie I was watching and he had a goatee took me for a really frightening ride in his car in the side of a giant cliff, there were bumps and it was in the top of this miles high cliff but we somehow clung to the road! lol I can almost remember the name of the film I was watching but not quite if feel like it was important.
