You should have given up after those 3 pens but appreciate your patience to try out everything that comes to the market. Hope these brands take these quality issues seriously and to the least acknowledge their customers.

Thank you for the informative video and sorry for your troubles. Is Acriv still in business - I can’t imagine they have many customers willing to chance it. Is this problem unique to their Ti nibs?

the Nib when it works is good.. Not great but good. The nib has a tendancy to rail road if you apply too much pressure . But the major gripe I have with the nib is the tip is smooth on the down stroke and has too much friction for side ways movement because of the way the nib tip is folded ( not rounded, just folded) . This is not great for cursive as you can feel that difference in friction as you write. It works well for print writing. But the quality issues arise mainly from bad acrylic stems used for pen material and a bad feed in use that blocks and dries out any good ink. The nib only amplifies the problem. Recently got one of the pens working with Chelpark Ink ( may be it is the anti clogging solution in them )

Between the Bourbon looked really nice but those pens look bulky, are they heavy as well?
@thulika_art2 ай бұрын
They are light as they are made of acrylic. Statement Bourbon is the heaviest of the lot, but it is comfortable to write.

When the cap doesn't align with the barrel, that creates serious anguish for someone who has OCD (like me).

Totally! Makes you understand why kaweco barrels are round , when their caps are hexagonal :)
