Quite poignant with surprisingly no heavy-duty gun play, considering the different organisations involved in seeking out the runaway perpetrator, responsible for the multi million dollar fraud. Certainly an unusual kind of gangster film, most enjoyable and well acted, with no dull moments.

TOTALLY unrealistic . From the start the fed would've had at least 2 cars in the parking structure and they would be right on the bumper of the one charlie was in . No way he could have bailed while the driver was "checking" the tire . The rest just b.s. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
