I know what you mean those places that charge for every little thing. $5.00 for a gem. That is usually plastic and only costs then a $1.00 for a untire box of these gems. I left one of those places feeling robbed. So I started doing my own again even though it kills my fybro.

I use to use Mia secrete nail prep + primer and just some advice to anyone who’s struggling with lifting, I had to stop using it and switch to young nail protein bond because I was getting a lot of lifting within days of a new set and young nail made a huge difference! No more lifting! (:

Grab yourself a silicone practice Hand, I still use mine now and I've been qualified 10 years. You'll get faster and better and you don't have the stress of people moving their hand or running out of time. Plus you can do one nail at a time on the hand until you get faster xxx
