I would bend a pittsburgh seam by hand before bending a 90 and throwing a few screws in it. But then again I can’t imagine having a shop without a pittsburgh 1/4” roller combo machine. 🔧

You need a jump shear brother. I love your stuff and am excited to see your sheet metal work as that is my trade. Have you tried forming a half inch pocket for your longitudinal seam on your plenums? It would save you on slip and I think it looks neater if you don’t have a pitts. or snap-lock machine.

You can’t beat efficiency of multi zone mini-spits, you’ll never hear banging or squeaking of ducts, outdoor unit is almost silent. The only advantage of central air is low cost, but you get what you pay for as usual

I didn’t see you role a hem on that foot that sits on the furnace. Please, no raw edges. And if you notch the corners of your top plate a little more, you can fold the corners in and don’t have to use the snap lock tool around the top. But, not too bad. 😁

I dont know what that clip was but I would just add a half inch over lap and spot weld, tape and pookie it if I didnt have a Pittsburgh machine. I like the cross breaks. And I'm not sure if I like the head or not.. I like my heads to be either s and drive or a knock on with proper notches
