I've played this game since I was 12 yrs old. I'm 35 now.. the amount of nostalgia your videos give me is insane! I miss the old hardcore mode with tppk and instant wp after hostiling. you're the only one besides my self that I see reminiscing about TPPK. It added a whole other layer to hardcore mode that no game will ever have. People used to feign being friendly for several baal runs on end. Maybe ask you a question, as you're typing.... iceblast x5 tp to town hostile and you're dead. I remember I rushed a guy through hell and in A4 his buddy came to help out. He proceeded to TPPK me after I was rushing his buddy for the past 15 minutes. Hilarious

I was SZ-noobers on classic Lvl 12 double throw barb with all prepatch gear. I had 2x harpoons prepatched twitch deaths gloves belt 1x ptepatch soj angelic combo. I'd double throw a train of spears n tppk ppl in arcane arcane sanc runs. It was fun hunting ppl down making different accounts cuz ppl start to recognize you. Shit was a blast when I was a kid. D2r just hits different man. I don't like the Weapon switch glitch fix. I hate the solution to fhr lock. If they just kept it the same and updated the look. That woulda been poggers. But from what I gathered. They couldn't even remake it from scratch and that's why legacy rubs in the background. They have no idea how the old game was coded and can't recreate it. They can only add to it. Kinda funny. Blizz North knew their shit that's for sure

I got the same feeling when playing Necromancer. Just imagine, all the monsters are just peacefully wandering around. Then there comes a Necromancer, killing some of their fellows, raise a horde of skeleton army and massacre every thing on his path. Somehow, playing Nec gives me the feeling of a villain.

Best thing is, this "someone" isn't a player. The game has Npc companions you can hire and act 2 mercenary's are the most favorite ones because of their versatility. It's funny how in the early stages mercenary's are often more capable of surviving than our hero lol

This game will give you those OH SHIT, OH SHIT moments and RUN AWAY!!! too, you rarely will get 1 shot, unless ur just really badly geared for where you are, but usually it does not happen. It was a very well designed and thought out game for its time. This is why it is still a MODEL that most other ARPGS fail to even get its basic things right.

Just for the general information, most Kamikoto knives are made from 420j2 which does not contain carbon. It is a very soft steel that does not hold an edge and while stainless it is not "high quality" nor is it a "japanese steel" or forged with "traditional technics". If you like sharpening knives and have way to much money, go for it, the wetstone is actually good. Otherwise get a ~10€/$ knife and you will likely get one of higher quality. edit: I understand that carbot animations needs the money to run the channel, but these knives are more of a scam than raid shadow legends.

I don't know anything about these Kamikoto knives, but to my understanding, it's all a toss-up between knives that can be sharpened over and over (if done properly) to a fine edge, vs a knife that will hold a sharp edge for a long time but once dull, cannot be resharpened.
