I believe that if you wish to garden, then a healthy does of stoicism is important. Disasters will always happen and sometimes you just have to get on with it. But then again we are the most optimistic of people, because we plant, store, and plan for next year. With the expectation we'll be here to do so. I've known a few actors, and I could imagine them suffering from stress due to the intensity of the awakened emotions. Always enjoy your videos. Have a stress free time.
