@@chandlerbrambila6284 It’s the fat boy strength. I used to be 514lbs myself, when I was younger (now I’m 210 6’2). Luckily my skin went back into place, but I digress. The point is, I kill weights that other juiced 💉 dudes struggle with… or at least I think they struggle based on their facial expressions in the gym. For me, it’s whatever. When I got motivated to lose the weight, I started at 10 sets of 10 push-ups 6 times a week (among many other workouts), I later stepped it up a bit. That help me build some insane strength. Fat boy power 💪🏻💪🏻

@@Jacob-nj5hg Its not completely tight. If I pull on it it's visibly loose. If I don't you can't really tell. When you water fast for months, your body's only fuel is the fat it has. I'm not the only one to do this on extended water fasts and achieving the same results. Others have been documented as well, I'd also assume that because I was still a teen with "young skin". Perhaps that played a part, I couldn't tell you how the science behind it works exactly, but I read about this when I was a kid and decided it was my only way out, short of surgery. Feel free to believe it's cap, or look it up yourself. Either way, MY results don't change.
