Yeah any of those early 2000 fashion dolls from FAO Schwartz era were really high quality, definitely a super bargain price. The symbiote figures are really cool especially since they were released close to when the characters were created. Its a set I would like to put together.

It is really nice, that is the one thing I do like about a ton of the 90s figures is the card art. The figures themselves are pretty weak.

Also the Generation X figure range was pretty cool overall. There's a character who wasn't in that haul, I forget his name but he has mouths on his hands, and on the figure the hands came out on strings and could be reeled in. He was a villain in Gen X if I recall. Then one of the Xers absorbed his power and got the hand-mouths himself.

I really respect your business practises ... For $550 I'd say you BOTH got a fairly good deal there ... He gets rid of everything in one go for a good amount of cash, and you got a job lot that does have some value in it. A lot of those figures are hard to find carded now ... but as you said they are the type of figures that won't appeal to everyone. You need to wait for the right collectors to walk in the door ... LOVED watching you go through them all, great video.

I use 3m double sided Tape for my toys with the plastic coming off the card. It works real good. It's pretty cheap too.

When I want to reattach something I try to use archival glue so in the long turn it does not turn yellow or turn the bubble yellow.

The Raven was kewl in the bag, maybe the storm. Sephiroth and Aeris for sure was kewl.Jesica Drew and Dark Phoenix, The cloud stryfe figure was kewl. The scream figure was good. Gwen Stacy very collectable. The regular rogue kewl, Polaris!! Metallic storm.

Make sure you keep those final fantasy ones as a set. I remember back in like 02, they were impossible to find anywhere (although the internet wasnt what it is today back then) and you had to practically sell a kidney for one.

Yes I am keeping them together. I do not think they were widely distributed here back in the day so they are still kinda rare although you can usually find a few for sale on ebay.

The markets may drop or the may rise, it is impossible to predict the future. But the rarest stuff in any collectible hobby tends to be the things that continue to rise in value even when the markets crash.

I think it ended up being 15-20% of the collection overall. Financially it might put some strain on the business but emotionally it charges me up with excitement everytime I buy a collection because I get to be the first one to shop haha So totally worth it because it makes the long work hours easier to handle. Plus I am converting part of my business into making youtube content so having stuff helps that.

The extra knights Final Fantasy 7 figures vary anywhere between $30 to 60$ a piece sometimes even more and it looks like they might be japanese ones?the ones with warning labels on the front are usually U.S and the ones without are japanese,and they seem to be in pretty good condition!Good find

Really a great haul. The Xena with the red highlights is the valuble one, although I am not sure what she is worth anymore. That Mystique was really awesome. Did you sell the Raven figure?? That was the one I was wanting. I am wanting to build a Teen Titans Perez era set.

It depends on how much work you want to put into selling the collection. Selling it all in one shot at full value would be pretty hard to do. One at a time listings online will make the most money but take the most work.

If you are worried about that just make sure they go to a good home when you get older so you don't have to worry about it. In this case the mom had moved to a smaller apartment and she was ready to get rid of them so her son helped out, it was not forced upon her.
