I remember when this spot opened in 2016. The original owners were a very sweet old Italian couple that moved from Italy recently and started a small pizza shop. Literally the best pizza I ever had and I lived a block away. I could tell they were tired from the long hours and hard work. So happy to see two young guys keep the name and do their own thing!

This gentleman is truly a great ambassador for his city, he brings the passion of what living in the Big Apple is all about. I’m from Fiji and have been to New York numerous times since I was a kid in the 70’s. I stayed with an Uncle in Brooklyn in 79 and next stayed with him in New Jersey in 84, then Queens in 88. The last time I visited there was in 2017 when I stayed in Manhattan. Always had a great time whenever I was there and great food was always a big part of the memories. God bless Action Bronson, he’s the man.

It’s Lahm meat Bi (with) Ajeen (dough), the one with thyme and olive oil is “Man’oo sheh”, which we eat for breakfast in Lebanon.
