Man I love me some AB...the man is phenomenally talented, takes you on literal and mind trips all the time. Has the coolest guests. You never know what to expect, from one clever joke to deep metaphysical musings. Given his past as a pro cook, he obviously has an appreciation of food and the culture surrounding it; but he talks about that with a love and poetry that is uncommon, even in a field where it is almost a given.
