Hey i am from Africa i have minimum equipment i made at home a nice cement bar bell dumbbells and a bench i want to grow mass and look like Thor's i can't really go to the gym so and i am 235 pounds 5'10 and I've been lifting for a year how do i look like thors from Vinland saga i don't really care about abs just big muscle mass any advice would help

How many times a day/week/month do I need to train chest to get big ol thangs like at 3:00?😂😂 Also this video was a really great and educational video I'll see if I can do those exercises you suggested.

lol a good rule of thumb is to do 2-3x per week. 10-20ish sets. Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it

Sir I am facing difficulty in cutting my body fat especially at the chest and core region. My size have increased in the span of a year but very minor fat loss is observed. What should I do??

That’s great that your muscle size increased. I’d say just keep track of your calories, and get your weekly average. Take it down 200-300 a day and track it again. Repeat on a weekly basis until you start to lose and make sure you have plenty of protein each day
