Thank you for introducing me to Spring Forest Qigong. It has changed my life for h the e better. Happy I am to hear Master Lin 🤗 He has helped me so very much, I have always been skeptical but Master Lin is for real! I have been practicing his teaching for 4 months, I am so much better, able to discard supplements that were not helping. I have COPD from long Covid, first contracted 02/2020 I was intubated for 6 days, 7 weeks recovery, oxygen 24/7 Thanks to Master Lin I am going to continue to get better ❤

I am so grateful to be joining you online to practice Spring Forest Qigong Many years ago I bought a set of CD's from SFQ to practice including Small Universe Meditation with music CD's. I practiced every day for a year or two until I had to move and lost them. I live in Tasmania Australia. ❤

I practice different exercises and meditation every day. I had/has H. pylori and dont really know which of the different exercises are helpful for this. Unfortunately my 44 year son has the same plus a bad skin allergy. Which exercise would you suggest to heal our intestines. I thank you. Peace and love.

I had the same and the naturopath gave me a supplement to kill the h pylori plus probiotics to heal the stomach and intestines. I feel way better.

Yes it can! You can also try focusing on your navel or your toes if you have trouble sleeping. this helps bring the energy down from your head.
