@Elias Aguirre-Garcia Do not ignore your health. listen to your body and do not push too hard. This channel offers good advice, stick with thier exercises. do not use heat on your back use cold. I suggest high quality "cold therapy" gel packs from Amazon. if it stays with you for more than two years seek out Dr's that can get you tests and find out what is really wrong. Stay off of the pain meds, use the cold packs and exercise. care for yourself now or pay for it (in pain) later

@@TheTrioSf I felt the same way early on but learned that heat promotes inflamation.look to what pros do..they ice down injuries...ask your doctor.. perhaps you are different or maybe you need heat...swelling is made worse with heat

Sciatica pain for that long?! I dealing with some now for a month that makes my hamstring weak once in a while but haven’t gotten a diagnosis yet to see what could be causing it to do the right exercises. There’s an acupressure point on either forearm, one can hurt more than another, it’s on the outside side of the arm where the muscles meet just 4” below the elbow. Rub around the area. I’ll pray for all of that you’ll find your permanent fix.

This man knows his stuff. I hurt my back this morning and could hardly move. I was laying in bed and managed to do one of the stretches until I had enough mobility again to get up and lay on the floor - I done the entire video and have absolutely no pain now. I don’t know what to say!

Excellent video! I had a ruptured disc in L5/S1 in 2009, and I found out pretty quickly that all I could do is lay on the floor all day for weeks in the 'leg tilt position' (7:00) including for sleeping at night. It absolutely helped me get through the pain.

I tried these today and I am now in the most excruciating pain. Perhaps these methods are not for everyone? I’ve had 5 months of sciatica, had an MRI and now have to wait 2 months for PT. It is hell! So for anyone else suffering as much as me I wish you the best and suggest that if anything shown here has the slightest pain, stop immediately. I am in tears right now because of the level of pain after these exercises. I am at a loss of how to be free of it and if I ever will.

@@joshuasapad3438 bending triggers it bad. If you have a massage gun or something that vibrates I found that really helped relax the muscles around the area. Pinched sciatic nerve is horrible. But as hard as it is sometimes keeping moving helps too

Thank you very much. I suffer pain through my left leg for 2 months. Previously, the doctor's injections didn't help either. After one day of exercise, the pain disappeared. It hurts again tomorrow, but 50% less. I will continue with the exercises. I believe in the complete disappearance of pain. This great relief instills confidence in me.

Yes. I was consistently doing these exercises. My 2 of disc ruptured two separate times. The first time I needed surgery. The second time I tried this and was praying to Christ for healing. And I was healed from having a second surgery.

I just want thank you so much for taking the time to post this video. For a long time, i have had pain in the hip area and have doing all kinds of complex hip mobility exercises found on youtube and large quantities of ibuprofin, not really knowing where my pain was really coming from . all these complex stretches did not alleviate the pain. After trying your simple moves, in just two days I am completely pain free ! I can't believe it! I was just about to look into physical therapy or something. At first sight your exercises look too simple to be effective- there is hardly any movement at all. But they work really well and really fast. I am amazed! So thank you again for this!

I was suffering since a year. I couldn’t sit nor travel even short distance. I mistook the pain for tailbone. Since a month I am doing the exercise shown in your videos. 96% of the pain is subsided. 4% pain appears like flash bulb pain ( at times). Heartfelt thanks ... very very helpful.

This is the most sensible, effective exercises I have done for sciatica I had sciatica about a year ago did these exercises for three or four weeks and it gradually went away. Unfortunately it returned today and I’m going right back to him very sensible very practical thank you very much….. I went to a PT guy or year ago and they did almost nothing for me. Definitely one of the best videos on this topic I have found. What would be great, however is if you did a full length workout video that utilizes all of these techniques so that it would be easier to follow along in real time. For the last year or two I have been following along with someone else’s back pain related video each morning and it has been quite useful, however you have a lot of techniques here that they don’t do, so please consider doing a full length follow-along routine video.

Winner of a video, I have been researching "sciatic nerve treatment" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Sonictoria Stupefying Smasher - (do a search on google )? I hang down free on a pull up bar and feel a pop sometimes and that relieves pain for a little, or at least lets me stand up striaght

I did these along with the video (not following rep suggestions, just wanting to get a sense of the movements for later), and even that helped enormously. I wake up okay but after an hour or so of having pressure on my spine it flares back up- by nighttime I can barely move. I look forward to integrating these into my daily routine, hopefully expediting the healing process. Thanks for posting! (I'll also check out that back strengthening video for ways to improve my core without making my sciatica worse).

Unfortunately, no. My pain increased manifold suddenly few months back and upon doing MRI it was found spinal canal stenosis with disc bulge at L4 L5-S1 level. Been undergoing physiotherapy since 3 months and only 30% pain is gone which returns on the days I don't rest. It's horrible and frustrating.

you have to keep your pelvis on the ground during cobra or sphinx no matter what. There is no try your best. The second it comes off it puts more pressure on your back and you change the entire dynamics of the exercise. Cobra is been taught wrong by so many channels. Only in upward dog is where your pelvis can come off the ground.

great sets of newly recommended exercises,worked great.It seems to work beautifully at posterior (backward) and posterio lateral (backward and side ward ) bulge of the disc.Amazingly close to reality.

Had a permanent level 10pain sciatica.For me any of these exercises worked. Only time health for me it was 8month and I feel lucky it wasn't more. Good luck to everybody I hope you ll heal very soon. It renewed my life when i felt my first second without pain just wait for that instant it will be a few month of yo/yo pain but you ll be so happy to have relief moment you ll not even care about the pain moments. Please keep hope I was to the point to end my days voluntary.

@@mercenary5463 i be found one medic that cut my pain without aftereffect please try it s wonderfull it's Voltaren (i used paracétamol but without concluding results and don't want to go on the opiate trap, tried cortisone and infiltration, chiro, massages without results). Nobody thought Voltaren would be powerfully enough took it because no paracétamol and what a good medic for me. Please try it I know how it can broke your life and few can really understand what this pain mean

I had sciatica when I was 32. I went from running 50 miles a week to none. I thought I was going to have to quit work because I could hardly walk. Lucky a different type of Chiropractor came to Oklahoma. Nucca! When he did the adjustment the tingling in my hip was interesting. After a month of yoga and walking I started running. Took off 30 minutes off my marathon personal record. Try it!

Thank goodness I found this. I love hiking, but the other day I hiked five miles in so much pain. The next day I was fine. Then today I bent down to tie tennis shoes and ouch. Pain again. I just did these stretches and relief. Someone said that sitting during Covid might be the cause. I am going to be aware of sitting now.

Aside from these techniques, I would highly recommend Tiger balm gel patches. They are extremely durable and effective when it comes to reducing those dredred spams.

I am so thankful that I discovered this wonderful vlog! I am a very active and healthy 73yo and hoping to get back to my Filipina wife and teens in the Philippines!! ACTIV CHIROPRACTIC yes 🙈, however, my sciatic pain on my left side is existing from an old running injury and possibly an IT band is sure too. Since the days when I used to train 5/6 days a week, I have stopped and put on 4 stone (56 pounds) but my mind still thinks my body can deliver 😱🙈 but sadly it can’t 😣. This video has been a god send though, after doing it for 5 days I have full mobility back and the sciatic pain is greatly reduced, so thank you very much 😃

I'm gonna give these a try I have 4 day in bed.. as soon as I start walking as soon as the pain come back.. the pain is so so intense and I have to sit or lay down in the sofa as fast as I can.. hope these exercise help me . Update everyone: I rushed to the ER on Saturday bc It got to the point I could barely walk or stand up. Turned out to be a kidney infection. Now I know why I’m suffering from unbearable groin pain.

For my L-4 & L-5 I thought of my 8 years old daughter stand to my my upper mid buttocks and it did help. Then a heating pad applied for 15 mins followed by cold compress for 15 min. Rolled towel also applied to my lower back when on lying position. Avoided lifting or bending. On the earlier stage, just took pain medications and NSAID. Able to get back to work in three months with no back surgery done. Thank God. It was a miracle from God himself.Really asked God for complete healing. I can’t afford being disabled with only me having a full time job. I refused surgery and my Doctor was not happy with my decision.
