This is great Thank you.I've enjoyed 3 lovely home-births .I love the idea of the stretchy band hanging down above the ball,this would have really assisted me with my last birth as i really wanted something to pull on from the ceiling .You've given me the idea again so my husband will attach one for me to use in our sitting room. All the positions and info you have shared here are brilliant . My cousin Betty works in the home from unit and can't stop praising it.It looks like such a lovely place for women to birth in,One like it in Munster would be fantastic to offer women along side the home-birth scheme.Thank you again Nora

man i wish you guys were in Florida....thanx for the great vid, I'm at 14w5d and will def start practicing these techniques...hoping for my first birth to be natural and zero complications.

My girlfriend is pregnant she would like to know if I was laying under the gym ball would she squashed me if she sat on it
