Good job John, always a pleasure watch your videos. From my experience I like to say that most of the managers I met are unable to explain efficiently even a simple concept in the IT world, besides, sometimes I see IT companies looking for Network Tech, PC Tech, Server administrators... and the only thing that I heard from them is " I got it". Companies around here are managed poorly and they spend time and resources to find a Network Technician or an Administrator to run their business. Just considering that time is = money and if those companies one day will start to hire people like yourself and training who's really want to go to work than we have a completely IT scenario. I became a Network Administrator watching, studying and most of it following people like yourself John. See you next video my friend, take care.

Hi John, I really appreciate the feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed the videos. Interesting to hear your thoughts and experiences. I think many of us can relate to some of those too! I think the organisations that invest in their staff are of course the better ones, not just for the tech staff, but they are the ones that tend to grow and offer more opportunities. But either way I think it's important for IT pros to always invest in their own skill set, always learning and studying as you mention. There are loads of great books, videos and low cost on line courses out there too and of course trying stuff out in the test lab. I enjoy making the videos, though it's not quite the same as the real world where you get to swapping ideas and talk about stuff! Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on the channel. I wish you well my friend👍 Jon

Hi, When I try to create a new user account in Windows Active directory domain controller this error displayed "Windows cannot create the object test AD because : The directory service has exhausted the pool of relative identifiers." After I try few minutes to create another new user account in Domain "The specified domain either does not exit or could not be contacted." after ignoring and proceed this error pop up " Windows cannot verify that the user name is unique because the following error occurred while contacting the global catalog: The specified domain either does not exit or could not be contacted. Windows will create this user account, but the user can log on only after the user name is verified to be unique. Make sure the global catalog is available. For more information about troubleshooting this issue, see windows Help" .I would like to know how to fix it.

Please advise. i get this error when i try to login with admin "We can't sign you in with this credentials because your domain isn't available

I have a user who needs to access a remote server via RDP/MSTSC I have given him VPN access he is able to RDP the server & use an ERP application . Now I don't want this user to access local drives on this server like D & E drives as this contains official documents. He should only be able to access the ERP application that is present on that system.for operational purpose. Also there are other users using this server for shared drive access for storing their data who are working on local lan, they should not be effected after making any changes. Please help me on how to archive this step by step process as I am a bit new to this. Its a request
