As someone who has experienced abortion.....I feel I can give a realistic perspective. I don't know anyone who could go through that over and over as "birth control". And quite frankly, any woman who can, probably shouldn't be a mother. Just saying. I don't like abortion. There are numerous reasons why some women find themselves in that situation and it isn't always due to carelessness or promiscuity. Hate on me all you want, but I've been there. I know the amount of fear and desperation and despair one goes through in that situation. We need more compassion and understanding.

Looking back that was it for me, I justified it because I was fed alot of feminism pro choice ideas…bottom line I should of been abstinent or used protection/contraception. And I do think effective mother's support systems need to be in place and/or analyzed and improved or created ( healthcare, career/educational guidance and help, mental health care, etc) as well as consideration to adoption agency involvement, improvements, etc. With that said, there are already various support agencies already in place to help out but I would think the "long game" would be to improve and promote upward quality of life for the future of the mother and child. Staying/relying on welfare and bringing more and more children into this world knowing you can be supported through the government systems for your needs isnt the answer but neither is abortion ( as a solution) All areas of the family support system needs to work together in a better way. On a side note ( I am pro life and against abortion) but if abortion policies go back to the individual states and a mother who has decided to abort her baby and lives in a stste that has totally banned them, I dont agree with criminally charging the mother that has to cross state lines to find a clinic. In my heart I wish all babies were wanted by their mother or given up for adoption and there was no aborted babies. We have lost 63+ million little souls since R v. W. I often wonder what amazing things they would have done for our country and the world. Maybe one would have cured cancer.
