Я получила массу удовольствия, услышав еврейскую речь.Огромная благодарность всем, кто принял участие в этой передаче.Я выросла в еврейской семье, в еврейском местечке, Майн штэйталы Бэлць, часто пел эту песню мой папа.В основном я и моя сестра росли с бабушками, с папиной и маминой стороны, и они с нами разговаривали только на идыш.Я благодарна Богу, что могла услышать этот язык сейчас.БлагоДарю Всевышнего за все, что он нам посылает через других Людей❤❤❤

What I don't understand is why they don't talk to the waiter in German, why speak English to the waiter? This is in Berlin, they speak Yiddish to each other, the lady obviously is also fluent in German, as is obvious by her accent in Yiddish. In fact, they could even have spoken Yiddish to the waiter, he would have understood, being a German speaker. Why address the waiter in English?
