I love that you are working to expose Scientology. Very dangerous group! One suggestion.... I noticed that each time I began to become engaged with what your guest was saying, you would interrupt him and either hijack the conversation or redirect his thought so it was impossible to truly follow his story fully. Work on that bc the subject matter is important! Thanks
@starrwilson29414 жыл бұрын
Steven you are precious! I love the way you are honest and straight forward about your experience with Scientology and some of your haters need to keep in mind that you gave Scientology a genuine effort when you joined. Keep up the good work!😁👏👏

I've just googled her and went on that website with the reviews. It is so obvious that those 5-STAR reviews are fake. All those "words cannot describe how great she is" phrases make me laugh, and if you see such phrases repeated it's obvious it's fake.

Great job Steven! I have always despised that cult whose name Ii shall not speak. It is very interesting to hear of the horrors that go on in that place that dares to call itself a church from someone who was right in the middle of it. I do not mean to discount all of the others who have escaped, but I it was your honest and down-to-earth commentaries are a form of confession. I understand your fears and panic attacks, who, in their right mind, would not? It may sound superficial, but really there are 2 choices: live the rest of your life in the past, i.e., the church or a new, knowledge filled one. When you feel that old life tugging at your happiness, remember this: don't look back, only ahead It is basic but it has the cornerstone rebuilding my own life. And, consider yourself lucky that you did not waste much more time there, as so many others have. Sorry about the essay but continue to look ahead.

Okay, i have been googling some names of former big wig Scientologists who have left the cult and are vocal. WHY is it that people like Mike Rinder, Tom DeVocht and so on the top stories are these Scientologist blogs, or freedom magazine? This did NOT used to be this way. Is Scientology PAYING google to be on top? WTH?

I'm surprised I never heard of Gloria from those Celebrity Centre seminars either! Besides The Acting Center, the teachers who would show up to those seminars were Mark McPherson, Robert Lyons, and Lynette McNeill. I audited some of their classes but they were never run like Gloria's. I also don't remember any Scientology terms dropped either. Richard Lawson is also a Scientologist. Though many of the Beverly Hills Playhouse teachers have left Scientology, Richard did not and now how his own school.

Advice, for the next interview try to 10 o'clock - 2 o'clock classic interview set up. Look at other interviews how they place the seat of the interviewer and the seat of the interviewee. It looks more natural, now you have to turn to the guest and it looks a little awkward.

The comments regarding auditing and how she was almost auditing with her words makes me think of interrogation. If you ask someone enough questions over and over, then eventually they are just going to give in. That's an interrogation tactic. Abusive.

something is very wrong with scientology, and people is going to see it fall very soon, where is the leader? where is the money that they have scammed all these people? If I were u I would hire a couple of PI's and look it up more strongly the blindfold is about to fall and everybody is going to see their skeletons in the closet and I think that a lot of people will have to pay for what they are doing and for what they did, to you and everybody scammed that way I'm so sorry for what you went through I wish we will see justice someday

@jenburlock3774 жыл бұрын
@@jmklind I thought he was trying to get out of the cult too. And Mango isn't in that cult any longer, so what's the big deal about him talking to him? SP or not, people should be free to talk to whomever they like. I know in my former cult they have this disfellowshiping thing, but it doesn't stop me from talking to those who are kicked out. It's a form of abuse when people are treated this way, its morally wrong too!

I googled Tony mainly looking for your two guests 3 videos as under cover Scientology exposure. I didn't realize he had authored another book about Paulette Cooper's horrid experience. My belief is Cooper's life was in danger and the whole fingerprints set up was a nightmare. Glad you name names on thier fake acting schools to take advantage of people's dreams. But isn't that part of Scientology's whole set up. Do watch Chris Shelton your name came up and he was respectfully concerned even called you Steven. Could listen to Leah all day. Anyone who might be critical good bye. That was more on the Tea channel. First time I caught a Scientology ad this video. Thier babble sounds like how to cure constipation, clear and unblock etc. I myself have babbled enough for now. Like your guests and current going ons. Look forward to seeing you more often. Think it helps in your healing and we see the aftermath (no plug on words intended). Marty big disappointment was a sellout $$$ literally. His past included cruelty and could have been forgiven if remorse was truly expressed. See you next time.

This interviewee uses the word 'like' too frequently. After a while it becomes wearing to listen to, like, oh my god, like...
@bmk98444 жыл бұрын
Okay, I think I figured out why I do not like watching your interview episodes. Be more interested in their story, and prepare your questions ahead of time. Asking 5 our 6 questions in one shot is confusing, overwhelming, and it is leading. It makes you look controlling and uninterested in the interviewee’s perspective. What you find significant and important on your journey is probably not going to be the same as another people’s points of importance. Try to really listen to them and not with so much disinterest and lack of emotions. Scientology is a very stressful, scary, and messed up topic. I would love to see more genuine reactions and interactions. If you do feel like you want to share your story and your perspective, I suggest doing a solo debriefing for your audience after each interview. I would absolutely watch both! But right now, your interview videos are no doing it for me. I will still watch your solo stuff.
