do the color of bars matter or is just the type of bar that matters?
@successacademycourses9 ай бұрын
Just the type, but if you notice that in your testing that colors do matter, then you can set a rule around that.

You’re hammer and shooter candles are backwards… Hammer has a body at the top with a wick at the bottom because it looks like a hammer A shooter is the opposite with the body at the bottom and the long wick at the top or an inverse hammer.

Oh no, you're right! Thank you for catching that. Cutting video now. By the way I love your videos, I'm subscribed! Keep up the good work.

isn't the stoploss below the daily candle very unfeasible and makes risk reward bad
@successacademycourses11 ай бұрын
These are the general "rules" of the STRAT. Traders can obviously modify them but they should backtest and journal anything they trade. So a trader can target higher than the first candle which would probably improve risk reward ratio. Does this make sense?
@kabootarsingh406211 ай бұрын
@@successacademycourses so where could we place better stoploss some ideas please
@successacademycourses11 ай бұрын
@@kabootarsingh4062 A stop loss could still go in the same spot but with a further target. Or a stop could be bigger by a specific amount everytime, or by spread. It really comes down to backtesting. If you see that you're getting stopped out every single time and then the move is happening without you, consider adjusting your stop and testing that.

Do you normally use the DAILY to find levels for day trading? Thanks in advance,
@successacademycourses2 жыл бұрын
Because day trading is during the day, most traders probably use the daily time frame to determine target levels. That being said, it is not uncommon for traders to go into larger or smaller time frames to determine more target levels. If this doesn't answer your question please reply!

How do you make money trading The Strat? Oh I see...with multi targets.
@successacademycourses5 ай бұрын
Depends on the trader's strategy. Some traders like to take combos off of supply and demand zones and have a target based on something else, like maybe structure. But yes some traders like to use multi targets.
