Oddly, I bought my two sets of this same kit (3600c14 @1.45v XMP profile) about a month apart, so similar to BZ's timing, except I've got regular sticks and not review samples. First kit takes primaries at 3800mhz with tRCD < tCL and overall tight timings fairly easily, second is iffy to boot with tRCDRD equal to CL *and* seems far far more sensitive to heat. Still Samsung b-die, just a fairly large variation between the quality of the kits I happened to get. Since I was able to push errors from what I assumed to be due to heat, it would have been nice to have temp sensors, though I don't know what compromises would need to be made to accommodate them. Granted, I've been keeping them at or below 3800mhz and below 1.6v to figure out daily stable timings. Still hard to beat that ARGB, damn pretty sticks! Once I get the current kit totally stable for daily use, I'll see about doing some "hardcore overclocking" on them to see how well it scales into those higher voltages (1.8v+)

I've been running 4 of these. I tried them for a month on my Aorus Xtreme with my 5950X. Getting tight CL14 Fast Ryzen DRAM Calculator timings with the imported profile from Thaiphoon Burner was impossible to get stable on that board. It was increasing stutter in games too vs XMP. 3733 CL15 Fast timings (With no Import) and FCLK 1866 was rock solid though on the Aorus Xtreme, but that was with only 4.6ghz all core on the 5950X. And it required 1.48v DRAM set in BIOS. Which the stupid board raised to 1.5v because it does that to any DRAM Voltage 1.47v or over. I could do 3600 CL14 Fast (With no Import) too. That was stable but also caused periodic stutter in games, so I scrapped it fast. Now I'm testing them on my new ASUS Dark Hero. A superior board in every way, but this board straight up rejects these kits OCing at all. It'll run XMP great with a Per CCX OC of 4.7Ghz / 4.6Ghz @ 1.35vcore. I tried the DRAM Calculator timings for my imported profiles first. 3600mhz CL14 Fast failed utterly. 3733 CL15 Fast (No Profile Import) passed Aida Memory 64, but literally errors 3-4x in a few seconds of RAMTest. I suppose I'm not missing out on much though. I was getting about 56+ns in Aida with both settings. Only difference was 3733 CL15 Fast gives like 2-3MB/S higher bandwidth to Read/Write/Copy speed. I was only concerned with getting the Latency as low as possible. Still with just XMP, I get 60+ns. Which isn't bad, and certainly better than the 65ns I was getting on the Aorus Xtreme with just XMP. It was still nice to be sub-60ns on poop AMD memory speeds for a short while. They -are- in fact the prettiest RAM ever made. And they do naturally perform better than most kits XMP. But I'm tempted to replace them for something like a 16GB x 2 B-die kit that can do 4000mhz XMP with CL17. Trying to find some that are on the QVL for this or the regular Hero in general. I really want to see if my CPU can hit FCLK 1900 or 2000 without the RAM being an issue holding me back. It's irking the hell out of me not knowing with absolute certainty. It's probably not worth a $300+ investment to find out though.

Hi I’m having an issue, did a new build AMD 5600x, asus rog strix B550-F motherboard, evga 1000w power supply, 2x 8GB xtreem argb, Pc won’t start, mother shooting a yellow light indicates dram issue, apparently motherboard won’t read the xtreem sticks... anyone know what might be the issue or how to fix it, I tried single stick in each slot, I tried 1-3 and 2-4, no changes, still indicate dram issue, I can’t troubleshoot because pc won’t start 😓

Can you do an OC tutorial for Micron E memories? I only need to go from 3200 to 3600.

I could use some professional advice... have this same ram. 16gb ryzen 9 3900x asus tuf pro wifi 6 mobo asus tuf 3090 gpu would like to OC my cpu just a LITTLE...to the point to gain some performance (but I do not want to degrade the cpu longevity) and set my ram timings. I just set my timings in bios by setting to DOHC and my cpu OC to auto.... timings are currently 14, 15,15,15, 35 by setting to DOHC. Am i doing anything wrong?

The memory voltage doesn't go high enough on this board. It only goes to 2 Volts. Ok

Strange g skill trident z neo cl14-14-14-28-42 3600mhz overclovked to 3800mhz same timings 4x8gb only requires 1.49500 volts and I have direct cooling on the modules and it never goes above 28c on a Ryzen 9 5900x and I get 55.1ns fully stable.
