Hi. I love your accent! I can't see clearly where the point is? I would like to try this. Would it help for auto immune support. I am not sure yet what autoimmune i have until i see the doctor again. For now, I feel morning my legs from knee to feet feel like no blood circulation. I also may think it may be due to sleep apnea. It's weird. For 2 weeks, I have been sleeping on my left side and have helped. But today, I started the same feeling again. Cold like feeling on legs. It has gone through the day. I had an endoscopy, and the results are normal. I get a burning tongue when I eat bread. Thanks for all the explanations ❤

Hi, Thank you for your kind words about my accent. From what you describe it sounds like this would be a great point for you to massage on a daily basis. Here is a link to the location: www.healthyandnaturalworld.com/zu-san-li-point-of-longevity/. I hope this helps. Best wishes, Janice.

Hi and thank you so much for this clear explanation. I've been trying to heal 10 years now. The more i learn about stomach problems and symptoms, the more im convinced that this is the cause of all my troubles but my acupuncturist has an other opinion BUT she cant seem to solve it. After eating i have a painful balloon instead of a stomach, and freezing chills on back, neck and hands and freezing all day. My lunch wouldn't even be digested by bed time at night, and i am sooo slow, can't train anything anymore because it jyst breaks me down even more and i feel more and more like I'm 100 years old. (I'm 47 and i used to be superfit) I know i have stomach inflammation in 3 points. Also i had maaaaaany Triggerpoints in my muscles and they flare up again now and then. Acupuncturist says i amso have liver qi stagnation and heart qi stagnation. She gave me herbal medicine for stomach and spleen last year and it always made my stomach burn up to the point i refused to take it further. What i believe is my stomach can't break down my food enough so tge liver and rest of digestion gets all the problems. The only thing that helpes me is centaury tea for a few days and i feel instantly better and energized and get muscle healing. But it always comes back. I also do liver qi gong and breathing exercise for heart coherence, vagus nerve reset, meditation, and im aware of my emotions, but since the vagus nerve exercise i don't get angry anymore. I always thought that the zu San li point would save me. I started yesterday, and it pakes me hungry yes, until after a meal its again tge same. I guess it needs time to work, or maybe this isnt the right way for me...?

Sorry to hear of your digestive issues. Zusanli is definitely a good starting point for acupressure and I’d suggest you massage it daily. Also, a good general guide is to eat warm, cooked food in order to make it as easy as possible for your body to digest food, and especially if you feel cold after eating. I assume you’ve been to your doctor to request a thorough check of your digestion? Best wishes, Janice.

ive had a hot right foot slightly tingly when i walk on it and the pain after about half a mile walking goes into the hip..had it about a year and i actually found this point before i knew about it because it was very tender so i will give it a try each day and see what happens..i've also been reading about high oxalate foods which can cause problems like spinach and nuts and seeds,dark chocolate so maybe time to eliminate these foods

@@steve-r-collier yes that’s the point Fuyang on the bladder channel. Sometimes is a point is tender it can mean that you will really benefit from massage of that point but go easy and don’t cause yourself pain during the process. 😊

Hi madam who doesn't or shouldn't use this St 36 ZUSANLI .. people with high blood pressure.. highly strung out individual there must be some contre indication I heard of....also I saw a oiled practionner holding simultaneously together both St 36 and spleen 9( he sea pts ) and massaging..will work what's your take on this specially who have clear signs of dampness lethargy heaviness Lower limbs swollen causes fatigue and lethargy and the rest...so should be able to massage both points same setting simultaneously with their knuckles does the trick( no needles... ouchy ouchy !!)..forgot people with acidity or gastritis or ulceration in stomach is relevant to do aswell safe and how often during the day thank you good clear explanation ❤

To my knowledge the are no contraindications but perhaps don't use too much pressure in pregnant women or anyone who feels very weak as the point is strong. Zusanli can be used as part of a treatment to help lower high blood pressure so there is no problem with using it in this situation. And yes, two points can be stimulated at one time too. Just be sure to know which points you are combining and why. 🙂

I pressed that point below knee in few days and now I have a bump on both legs. What that can be?it doesn't hurt when I press it.

@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong 6 ай бұрын
@@glasrazuma7045 perhaps you used a little too much pressure? Leave it for a few days and when you try this press only to the point that you feel a little pressure and only for 30 seconds each time.

How often can you do this ? Went in to ER Wednesday for pain in my stomach. My ileocecal valve was cramping and also my vagus nerve. How can I adjust my iliacus so the tension goes away by acupoints? My pain is under the lever and gallbladder spot an down to the navel. The doctors didn’t now how to help me other than giving med painkillers intravenously. Is this point good for these problems ?
