What's the difference between excess dampness and excess phlegm in Chinese medicine and how do we treat them? I get asked this question all the time by my students 😍
Both Dampness and Phlegm have similar symptoms, tongue, pulse, and it's not easy to treat either of them, with acupuncture, food or herbs! In this video, I share how to differentiate between dampness and phlegm in Chinese medicine.

Some of my patients had that condition and I didn't forget that points for several years in my practice and I also recommended a right diet for them too. For me it's effective in my experience for several years. Great to know that you also included. 👍

Thanks ma'am. So, we have to sedate SP9 and ST40? Right. Also what about ST36 ? Do we tone or sedate ST36 for internal dampness. Does dampness increase yang and create Qi stagnation? You're videos are so simple and straightforward to understand.

Absolutely! Diet can be a cause, weak constitution, emotional trauma, damp environment...And yes the 5 Elements can help us identify which element (organ) was affected first 😍

About the invisible flegma, can we consider it to be stored as external energy, thought forms, or be in the aura? Or its all inside our body? Does tcm see outside energy as something real also, in a wya you could treat it directly for instance, with pranic healling or reiki?
@Acuproacademy
@Acuproacademy 9 ай бұрын
I don’t do Reiki or organic healing so I can’t answer as it’s not TCM 🌷 phlegm is part of the body (internal) and mind but it’s all internal not external 🙏

Thank you very much Clara for the clarification. I have phlegm and mucus in the throat (lungs) which is chronic and present for years. I tried with accupressure on LU9 2-3x a day pressing for 2 minutes the whole month, but I didn't notice any difference. I would like to try with needles.
