Never put Cinnamon oil undiluted on the skin, its also necessary to know which Cinnamon to use, bark or leaf. Also never put lemon on the face as it is phototoxic. A better suggestion is lavender on yin tang and 4 gates. Geranium is safe for skin to use for hormone balance and sugar imbalance. These are safer when used at a 10% dilution in jojoba oil. To use oils professionally, you have to have a good background on safety and the energetics of the oils.

@@sashaken78thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion about essential oils🙏 In the video, I did explain that these oils need to be diluted with a carrier oil, to consult a professional before, and to do a skin test first to prevent reactions 🌷

Are you an certified aromatherapist ??
@Acuproacademy5 ай бұрын
@@sashaken78 thank you for your concern, Aromatherapy is not regulated so anyone can take a 2 hour course and be “certified” unfortunately. I did recommend to consult a qualified aromatherapist for safety. 🙏
@sashaken785 ай бұрын
@@Acuproacademy A 2 hour course does not even cover safety precautions adequately for a NAHA certification. My whole claim to your post is not to advise people to put citrus oils on the face/body even diluted because they cause burns with sun exposure. I'm NAHA certified after taking a year long course and a doctor of acupuncture. Otherwise I enjoy all your beautiful content.

@@sashaken78 cool, thank you for letting me know 🌷 my aromatherapist uses lemon oil (diluted) on facial acne for my niece and just said not to go in the sun right after.
