I know from personal experience that dealing with racism due to being in an interracial relationship is hard., people can be so cruel. I love your outlook on it.

I’ve been with you’re channel for a long time and I’ve seen you going through the single mother faze of your life and I’m extremely proud of the Christian wife/mother you’ve grown to be. I’m sure those days of “single” mother days were not easy on you. But I’m so thankful you had family around you that could help you. I’m sure you miss your parents being close by. But I’m sure that God has them right where He wants them for now. And it’s wonderful that you and your family are able to visit them down in Florida. God bless you and your beautiful family. Big hugs to you precious Adeline.

I absolutely love your channel! You bring joy and inspiration to others. That is a true gift! I will say that I have watched your channel for a few years and I know a bit about your family and what you have shared about some struggles. My heart broke for you during those days and I prayed for your family. I am so happy to see you smile and share that you and Corey are in a different, better place these days. Prayers are answered. I love watching kids grow up on KZbin channels. Just a quick glimpse brings joy to my heart. I am raising my last of three and have two granddaughters. Kids just make me smile. Thank you so much for sharing your life and creativity with me!

My dad was an alcoholic my whole childhood and it affected our family so much yet my parents tried to brush it under the rug. This affected my ability to share my emotions for many many years. I’m so glad to hear you are honest (in an appropriate way) with your children. God bless you and your family 🩷

I love your outlook on racist stuff. God made EVERYONE in his image, He also didn't make mistakes! I'm the creation story after He creates us He also says we "are good". I think the most shocking thing to me about racism is I've witnessed it most often in ppl who claim to be the most faithful.

Hi Adeline. I totally agree with the openness of talking with your children. Mine are grown young adults and we still have discussions. Even when they were younger, we talked about them having a person they felt they could talk to when they weren’t ready to discuss with us. God is Good!🙏🏼💕

We are walnut farmers in central California. I don’t think your garden issue was because of acidic walnut. We mulch our walnut tree leaves and compost them into our garden and grow wonderful vegetables. You mentioned your garden was under the canopy of the walnut trees, which makes me think your garden didn’t get enough sun. All that said, thank you for a wonderful family vlog 😊

I stopped watching a ton when you went to mostly cooking/food prep (I don't like eating so it wasn't a you thing) so I'm happy this popped up. I hope Cory is doing well and that yall have both stabilized. I remember watching you way way back when Cory fell off his path and you were obviously upset but also certain everything would be ok! Your faith is encouraging! ((Hugs)) And love. I think I resubd to the home channel as that was the content I really enjoyed and related to most! 🙏 For your family and your parents and safe travels!

I'm native to Sarasota, Florida welcome! I have never heard of the gator camp but it sounds really cool. Some fun local things I recommend taking the girls to Jungle Gardens, Sarasota, and Mote Marine Aquarium Sarasota if you get the time on one of your visits. I will be looking forward to seeing more of your new projects and content. I'm glad you all are doing well. :)

About the walnut tree, it’s actually a substance that comes into the soil from the roots, it’s called juglone. Juglone inhibits the growth of other plants growing near the roots of the walnut tree, but the leaves and wood don’t bother plants.

It's funny that there was commentary on your summer clothes. The weather warmed up a few weeks ago here in Florida, and I've decided I'll wear a dress every day for the next 7 months or so. I don't want to be bothered with a second piece of clothing in the summer heat.

Dresses are great for the summer. But I think it was the knee length denim skirts that were causing curiosity. As a former Pentecostal, I was curious too but I would never ask. 🤍

When maxi skirts and dresses were really popular I realized after like 2 or so years that I didn't own pants anymore, it was just comfy! I have been wearing pants and stuff again but it was funny to realize I had got rid of them all 🤣 it's funny how people will notice and ask when we stop wearing skirts and dresses but no one is like "where's your pants?" 🤣

Great Q&A! I can't believe it's 2024 and some people still care about someone else's skin color. Imagine what a boring world this would be if everything had just one color. Fruits, veggies, flowers, clothes... this is beyond stupid to me. You family is lovely just the way it is.
