It’s called cold urticaria. It was bad in my early 20s. Even air conditioning would cause rashes. As I’ve gotten older it has gotten better. I don’t experience it now unless it’s extremely cold outside. Living in the south, that doesn’t happen too often.

So nice to get to know you a little better. I just discovered you through a bulk meal prep video. I really enjoyed it! I’m not a breakfast food lover. So many breakfast foods are laden with calories so if I indulge much I gain weight. For that reason I make a smoothie/green drink everyday for my husband and myself. This works for us so well we both miss it when we don’t get it. Since we are living in S.C. I have to say a popular breakfast here includes cheesey grits. My husband loves his with pimento cheese added.

Loved this video! Have been following you for a long time so knew a lot of your facts already but some were quite surprising! I'm from the UK so the most popular breakfast would of course be a full English. I follow a whole food plant based diet so my favourite breakfast is tofu scramble or baked oatmeal. I too could eat breakfast foods all day!

Hey girl! Really enjoy your videos and was really nice to know you and your family a little more. I'm from Brazil but have been living in Ireland since 2018. Brazilian food is definitely my favourite and usually lunch is our main meal of the day. This being said I have to say that the Irish breakfast is so so so good! My favorite breakfast is bacon, eggs over medium, wheat toast, and either homefries with chipped beef gravy or stone ground grits. Most people eat biscuits and sausage gravy or chipped beef gravy on toast but i can't handle soggy bread. Loved the getting to know you video. My favorite videos are your freezer meal prep, so many great ideas.

OMG!!!!!! At about the 25 minute mark.....I swore that your sweater said "Baby" written in blue, and hidden by your hair! Never in my wildest dream did I see the word "salty".....I thought it was a subtle way to say that you were expecting a little boy....and waiting for us to notice (sort of like how a child will be put in a shirt that says "big brother" and then the parents wait for people to see it and read the shirt to see the pregnancy announcement.
