Ok well color me surprised!! I did not expect to have tears streaming down my face when I clicked to watch this show. The mother on the panel is a beautiful soul with a wonderful heart. I went through almost exactly the same thing with my born again Christian mother when she found out. It’s so amazing to see a parent come out the other end of their fear, ignorance, and homophobia, with an understanding, loving and compassionate heart. If only all parents could reach that point.

I just cried when the mom came on and stated what her organization does. How loving is that? I lost my gay son 6 months ago and this was so hard, yet beautiful to watch. I plan on advocating for my son when I'm ready and this mom has really helped me and inspired me at the same time. And Who the Hell doesn't Love ADAM!!!???? OMGOSH! Sorry to read about your illness Check alternative treatment. You can try soursop to speed up the treatment. Cut down sugar completely. Cut down meat if you can, even slowly. Hope all is well for you now.

I came here for Adam but RuPaul is a really good interviewer. He asks good questions and lets his guests speak without interrupting. He isn't always angling for a laugh. It's not all about him. He wasn't judgemental about the mom who didn't accept her son when he first came out-- he just listened to where her head was at at the time, because of how she was brought up. I have always liked him. I've seen him interviewed several times on late night shows and like Adam, he seems like a very nice person. They both have good energy.

I'm a 64 year old mother and grandmother. My oldest son is 40 and still lives with me. When he was 28 I came home from work and he was sitting on the edge of the bed crying his eyes out. I went over gave him a hug and asked what was wrong. He gags out " I think I'm guy" I busted out laughing and he got mad and said why are you laughing. Me: I've known you were gay since you were 2. He's like why didn't you tell me. Your mom is not the one to tell you your gay. I thought you'd figure it out. I love you and your my son. You're sex life is yours.if you knew what I've done it would curl you toes. Your my best friend,the greatestest friend so wash your face and we'll go have a coming out drink. A couple years later I became ill. He worked a job and would come home and take care of me. He's still with me but he has a few unsuccessful relationship. He tells them it's a package deal. Me and my mom. I feel bad that between work and me he's had no relationship. But he says his time will come. He's tall, dark haired, Brown eyes and not cause I'm his mom he's very handsome. He has a heart that's so loving. The people who we've told have never had a negative thing to say. He not a swissie. His word for no outward gay signs. Moms and dads love you children for who they are. I've never been prouder. He has an over achiever sister and a goth brother with 2 little goth girls who he has custody of. So we're a very diverse family. Everyone supports each others lives. I hate when parents instead of embracing the kids they spend time trying to figure out what caused this. It's called pride. We've taken in several gay strays. Guys who we thrown out of their homes for telling their parents they're gay. It breaks my heart. They get love and lots of talking. Once they accept themselves they're able to live their lives. So God bless all LGBTQ.

Sarah is an incredible woman and this story not only moved me to tears, but I really hope this episode helps other Christian family members of LGBTQ+ family members.
