Nah, it's the harmony of the slightly out of tune noisemakers together that really gives the sound its impact. One of them at a time is mostly just mildly annoying. 16, or 30, or 50 of them is profoundly epic. What would be a lot more interesting is making it reset itself so it can go off repeatedly.
