Adam, I’ve got to say this. I’ve been playing in USTTA (USATT) tournaments on and off for about 35 years. I love table tennis to my very core. When you were selected as the ITTF commentator, I really only knew of you from your over-the-top celebration video, and I thought, “Oh gosh, he’s so silly. This is going to be a disaster.” But it wasn’t. Instead, your commentary is insightful, entertaining and actually something I look forward to in each match I watch. And now these videos. The amazing amount of work you put into them pays off in bringing a smile to everyone’s face. You show humanity at its best - a world where regardless of wealth or poverty, whether the table is DHS, a broken sheet of plywood, or a floor, people are smiling, laughing and watching intently. You have become the greatest ambassador of the sport that the world has seen, and those of us that have been around to see it languish in obscurity thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you do for table tennis.

What a weird recipe for a KZbin channel.. but it just works somehow. Sports are a beautiful way to meet and communicate with people no matter the language we speak. I was caught up in the lockdown in Southern China in January and made friends with a Chinese table tennis couch by chance. He ended up coaching me for a week before I had to fly back home. Despite not being able to speak English, he was able to completely change the way I play this sport.. and ultimately lead me to finding this KZbin channel :)
