Hi Adam, I have a genuine question.. if I start a marketing agency and later hire Employees to work on client accounts specifically running google ad campaigns, what happens when a employee accidentally overspends the client’s budget? For example, let’s say client has only approved to spend $100 per day in google ad spend. Now what happens if the employee mistakenly puts an extra 0 and make the daily budget limit to $1,000 and google spends that budget in a day. As a marketing agency owner, what should be my response and how do I calm my client down as they will be furious over this for sure.I would appreciate your response, thanks!
