Adam Could you suggest some ways to break the pattern of increasing salary only on the basis of number of work experience in any company when we are judged by our work experience not other traits so how to earn more with less experience without being stuck in this cycle of counting years of experience to decide our worth ?? The best thing to do is show how your work is contributing to revenue for the company, then find ways to increase that value. If you have a boss ask them what you would need to do to become even more valuable and help the company make more money. Or... start your own HVAC company?

Adam, it seems as if you are stating that Linkedin's sole purpose is for lead generation as opposed to revenue generation. Is this correct? I am trying to understand the purpose of Linkedin more and the point of your video. This is just stupid and a waste of money. If I own a restaurant and I have a plumbing issue I am not going to be wasting time reading content. I am going to Google plumber near me. I need help now. Business managers are busy they are not going to be reading blog posts.

different strategies work for different business for example a plumber would need good reviews and seo or a google ad not Linkedin strategies, an email strategy maybe depending on if they want to target commercial businesses, there’s no one size fits all but a marketing strategy always applies it just depends which one for your business
