@@AdamFreediver I struggled at equalizing because I'm naturally using valsalva but when i get home and watch ur frenzel vids i got it within a day. my coach also had videos on KZbin which helped alot . wow! any tips on diving for longer period of time? i could only hold my breath for 1 min at best on a shallow pool. and about diving more than 3-5meters, is it normal that ears hurt? coz when it starts hurting i usually immediatly return to surface.

Hey, if I can move my inner ear muscles voluntarily and I hear a crackling sound, is it considered enough equalization if I do that consistently while diving? I can hear myself loudly while humming so I think my tubes are open. Hope to catch your class when you come back to PH, Adam! :)

I've been thinkg about something: Is it safe do freedive without a wetsuit? I mean, most people are not neutrally buoyant with the lungs empty so if you accidentaly exhale and "black out" you might be in big trouble.

It will interesting to know what kind of improvement the people in deep week are achieving? from 20m to 30m.. I know there are no roles but just to get a general idea. My personal record is 25m after a two days basic course, so if I participate, could I maybe reach 50??

In general people will have anything from a 10 metre to a 30 metre progression. It just depends what depth they begin at and if they run into any issues along the way :) 50m might be a bit of a stretch but i'd say you could reach 40m during a Deep Week :)

The first few through the hole stirred up the silt (mud) at the bottom of the tunnel and made the visibility really bad. I think he was trying to stop the others swimming into a cloud of mud and getting lost / drowning. This is a common reason why cave divers die, hence why they use a guide line and special kicks.

He actually explained during the video. Too much sediment dust. He was afraid to possibly lose a diver because they might get lost.

it depends on the diver but in 2-3 days of training most divers can dive to around 20m and hold their breath for around 2 minutes
