Freediving with Australian Fur Seals in Jervis Bay is an awesome experience! Dan and I went out with Woebegone Freedive for the day and they showed us their stomping ground. Honestly I have seen few coast lines that can rival that of Jervis Bay. I really didn't expect it to be so beautiful.
Erin and Ellie have already gone home and now I'll be continuing down south with Dan for a while on our great southern diving road trip. Expect some epic videos and amazing dives coming on this channel :)

Watching this during another storm oh yeah I just checked uhhh 30 knots of wind and 5metre swell we were planning to go to Exmouth but now we will not and I am forced to jump in my 10 degree pool without a wetsuit on and do my freedive training during a storm

Hi Adam! Great vid! Can I suggest smth? You need mic. Sometimes when it’s windy or boat motor and waves are too loud I don’t hear you. So I volume up my TV but then comes scenery with great music but now it’s loud and I need to volume it down. My wife does some webinars and she has one. It’s very easy to use and u can stick it on wetsuit when aboard . You gonna love how effective it is. Even Bluetooth headphones will do.

Adam, first of all, congratulations on the videos, they are really good. Second of all, thank you for the great educational videos, I started freediving about 2 months ago and your videos have a lot of content that my courses didn´t. Having said that, I´ve watched so many of them that now I can´t find the one in which you explain why we shouldn´t practice holding our breath more than twice a week. I remember that it had something to do with the red blood cells and the iron in the blood, but if you could explain it again I would be very greatful. Once again, thank you for your videos! Not really. White sharks aren't really sighted at this area :) this was an adult colony and they are fast enough to outrun sharks
