Back freediving in Jervis Bay and this time we can properly explore the famous Jervis Bay caves. Last time I was here I really wanted to check out the caves but the weather was too rough so I didn't get to.
I love diving in caves but I'm always nervous when swimming through a swim through or diving into a cave. All the forces of the ocean, the swell, the surge are much stronger than I am. But this was a fun adventure for sure!

oh a little addition to the paraphrasing : Every diver is a novice - EVEN if you've been to the cave a thousand times. I've made some stupid mistakes in caves that I thought I knew better than my back pocket. The sea is an unpredictable mistress and things like thermoclines, wave action, currents, haloclines after rain, jellyfish, a critter lurking in there or other things can just startle you. Oh, and holding a camera or posing, probably the #1 way to get hurt in a cave haha. Thanks again for the kind words !!!

I was in egypt (scuba diving) last year and the instructor guided us through a cave but the exit was super thin and there was a lionfish in there :D But he dived through and then pulled us out :)

Each cave is different. But in general It would be good to have at least a 1 minute dive time before you try swimming through caves :)

Is it safe to get inside a cave´s water? I mean, sometimes there are bats and other animal dumps and things like virus and bacterias. How do you deal with the deseases of some places you don´t actually know? Do you take antibiotics before or after? How does it work when taking care of your health?

lets be honest here. only trained cave divers should enter the cave. freedivers, scuba divers without a proper cave training, swimmers ect should not , absolutely NOT enter a cave. its deadly, dangerous and stupid to go there being unprepared .

I have personally been diving with the Insta 360 One X camera, and I'm a bit jelly of your 360 One R, since that one has better 16:9 footage. The stabilization is somewhat next-level, and it produces epic underwater footage
