I believe the 4 rotor will have a bit more power in it if you move the ITB's closer to the intake ports and have runners come off the ITB's, maybe also consider a secondary set of injectors pre-ITB's and set them up using staged injection. Use a smaller set of injectors post ITB's, these will only be active during idle and low TPS conditions. The injectors pre-ITB's should provide better mixing and Ive seen real world gains on 2.0l i4 engines.

Rather than ditch the stock fuel tank entirely, why not just add a surge tank / swirl pot? Lift pump from main tank to surge tank, and then pressure pumps from there to the injectors.

I wonder if the lean conditions could have heat damaged the apex seals... Adams 4 rotor is a thirsty beast, and that stock saddle bag 13-gallon tank probably doesn't take long to get to the level where it sloshes and can suck air. Does anyone know if they have any kind of baffling inside from the factory? Cut it in half, gut it and inside install a collapsible fuel bladder like stunt planes use, (No air = no lean conditions)! "Texas Boom Co." can make custom ones.
