I am a veteran of the U.S. Navy and I thank you for all you do for the veterans. My husband and I plan to visit every Harley Dealer. (We have visited 130 so far). After our youngest son passed away unexpectedly this year, we feel riding and being part of the Harley family has been truely healing. We also have meet so many wonderful people. I rode around the world, 74,000 miles through 54 countries in 442 Days, solo and unsupported, all on a crotch rocket (Suzuki GSX-R1000). Very cool. I am a retired 20-year military vet. I appreciate the work you've done for vets. I left to travel the world last year - Ive lived in 17 countries over the last 12 months. Wow what a great story. Brought me to tears about what you are doing. I am veteran (20 years Marine Corps). What a perfect time to see your video, on Veterans Day. I have been riding (Honda's sorry} since I was 20 years old, I am now 68 and still ride everyday (2014 Honda CB 1100). I live in Hawaii so I can ride year round. I know the logistics would be tough (especially getting Scooter into Hawaii (a 4 month process)) but there are Harley Dealers over hear and you can always use one of their bikes.

Concentrate Corner; She was a older country lady and they had bare minimum insurance, I had a pretty good savings account but that lasted about a year, but I was stuck in BMF Mississippi for 9 months and 9 surgeries later I got released from my doctor, that is when the fun started, walking on a prosthetic, but I was so smart I got back on that old kickstart Shovelhead and rode it for another 10 years...haha, I have a newer bike now, all good.

I started following your mission when you went through WI your first summer. I just happened to be at my local dealer for demo days. Had no idea who you were or what your mission was. The dealership didnt really put much behind it which is really sad. I saw the war horse and was blown away that someone had gotten that much gear on one bike. I was so fortunate to be working at a dealership when I learned about Scootin' America and was bugging the crap out of my co-workers telling them we had to get ready. I think it was some 6 months later before you came to Colorado. And what an experience! Your whole group was just amazing. Just good, true, genuine folks. And of course Scooter was a rockstar. Then you had your accident not long after, and so many of us were afraid this was the end of the journey. Not a chance! Look at y'all now! I've been following you Adam and Scooter for some time now and from what I see and hear through your videos I really doubt there are too many people who could accomplish what you have done for our Military men and women from a Harley Davidson' motorcycle. Adam, that's so awesome to live on the road that way and have a buddy like scooter with you. You had a great goal to reach, and despite the weather, financial, car accident, being able to eat, and other bumps along the road you pulled through like a champ. You have the drive that everyone wishes they had (including myself). I am an active duty Marine and want to thank you for all your time and derivation to helping out our veterans, first responders, and military. You are one of the people that make this country great, and getting people involved in the motorcycle community is so wonderful. As a community we have got a bad reputation from the 60's and 70's stereotypical "biker". I think a lot of Americans are seeing that it isn't that at all, and you showing that 110%. Hope to take a ride out your way sometime and stop to visit and say hi and thank you for all you have done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to give me a role model to look up to and see what can be done instead of saying it can't without trying.

Wow man. I met you 2 or 3 years ago. I was working security at a small outdoor bar called The Pour Haus in downtown New Braunfels, Texas (Gruene Harley). We spoke briefly about your ride and reason. Dang man, so glad to hear how things are going for you. FYI - just got my first Harley last week! Road King baby. Maybe I'll see you out there someday.

Thanks so much for doing what you do man. I’m a disabled vet myself and while currently without a bike, any chance I get to ride is always freeing and the best “throttle” therapy!
