If you are running ads for someone else, all of the pages should be on their site.

Are you trying to see how many people go through to book? In this case you can have them sent to a Thank You page after booking and have the pixel conversion event on that page,

What if the purchases happen through Stripe? How do we bring them to a thank you page to confirm they have purchased the product?

This would depend on how you have it set up. If it is a Stipe Hosted page or embeded on your Squarespace Page. I would look at the Stripe Documentation to see if they have a way to redirect the customer back to a page on Squarespace. docs.stripe.com/payments/checkout/custom-redirect-behavior

Hi , thank you so much for this tutorial!! I did create the pixel. But it says it was error loading the pixel. it says I need to disable any ad blocker and reload the page. I don't know how to do that. Please help!

what if youre selling a service and your sqaurespace website is how clients can see a portfolio of your work and message you to enquire about a service. Where do i add the pixel then?

You would place the Facebook Pixel in the same place for the whole site. It will track purchases on any page on the site.

You should be able to edit the pixel url within the Facebook Events Manager. If not, you may have to create another pixel and start again.

The code for your Facebook Pixel will come from Facebook as it is specific to you. However, the code you posted to hide the header and footer is correct!

I have my own domain but every time I go in to edit my squarespace website that domain URL appears in the sampled activities. Is there a way I can delete this data?

It sounds like you have both your live domain and squarespace provided domain attached to the pixel. You can try deleting the Squarespace provided domain from the connected websites.

Hi there, we have just built a commerce site through square space and currently have a facebook store (we are in Australia so no checkout through FB just message facility, we are trying to connect the 2 so facebook clicks through to our website/store but no luck so far, is there an easy tutorial out there for beginners and non coders. thanks Lainey x
