If you have been on both Dutasteride 0.5mg daily and minoxidil 5mg daily for more than 3 years and still regressing as confirmed by my derm, is upping dutasteride dosage to 2.5mg daily of any possible benefit? I feel like I’m running out of options

Hi Robert. I wouldn’t suggest increasing dutasteride dosage above 0.5mg as there will be little added benefit for hair loss & increased side effects. Shoot me an email at [e-mail] w/ your journey & I can make some more specific recommendations.
